A total of four king beds, 6 queen beds, and 4.5 baths means there is room for everyone. Close to Mohican State Park, Malabar State Park, Snow Trails Ski Lodge, & Amish country.
Common Spaces at the Lodge…
ENCLOSED PORCH- When you walk into the Lodge you’ll enter through the enclosed front porch. Twin ceiling fans and a set of porch swings set the tone for your relaxing stay.
DINING ROOM- Continue on into the spacious dining room with a massive custom table built to seat sixteen people. A fully stocked coffee bar will make you feel right at home.
KITCHEN- The kitchen features a custom island that will seat six. Cherry cabinets and granite counters house a fully equipped kitchen perfect for a whipping up a family meal. From kitchen appliances to tools, to a stock of spices and oils you’ll find everything you need!
GREAT ROOM- The great room is the star of the Lodge. Soaring ceilings, exposed beams, floor to ceiling windows, and massive stone fireplace blur the lines between inside and outside. Three cozy couches, a game table, and additional pull up seating means there’s room for everyone. Watch the big game or a special movie on the 70″ smart television.
LOWER LEVEL LIVING ROOM- An additional living space in the walk out basement has cozy couches, a 70 inch smart tv, a pool table, and bar seating for another great spot to hang out.
GAME ROOM- The garage has been converted to a three season game room. Enjoy a little friendly competition with ping pong, foos ball, giant jenga, cornhole, and more!
Bedrooms at the Lodge….
The Lodge hosts a total of four king beds and 6 queen beds that allow us to sleep up to twenty guests comfortably. you won’t find an air mattress or sleeper sofa here. We want you to be super comfortable during your stay at The Lodge!
BEDROOM 1 -Bedroom number one is a the master suite. This bedroom is located in the main floor. It features a king bed and en suite bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower, and separate tub. (Sleeps 2)
BEDROOM 2- This second floor family suite features a king bed and a queen bed in a separate private sleeping nook. This family suite shares a bath with the other family suite. (Sleeps 4)
BEDROOM 3- This second floor family suite features a king bed and a queen bed in a separate private sleeping nook. This family suite shares a bath with the other family suite. (Sleeps 4)
BEDROOM 4- This lower level bedroom features a king bed and a newly finished en suite bathroom. (Sleeps 2)
BEDROOM 5/ BUNK ROOM- The lower level bunk room features two sets of custom oak queen sized bunk beds with it’s own dedicated bathroom. (Sleeps 8)
Three of the bedrooms have a 40″ television and every bedroom has it’s own white noise machine and lamps with USB outlets to make it feel home!
Outdoor Space at the Lodge on 687…
DECK- Inside living space blends seamlessly into outside living as the great room opens up to the spacious deck overlooking the pond. Twin picnic tables plus an additional conversation seating area for four mean there’s plenty of places to spread out and enjoy nature.
FIRE PIT-Walk down the steps from the deck to the fire pit and surrounding Adirondack chairs. This spot looks out on the pond and over the woods- a perfect spot to makes s’mores or play yard games.
KOI POND- The Lodge is home to a gorgeous koi pond with multiple waterfalls. This water feature fill the house with the relaxing sound of running water. The seating by the koi pond is the perfect place for your morning coffee!
THE POND- The 3/4 of an acre pond is fully stocked with catfish, bluegill, sunfish, and bass perfect for catch and release fishing. Fish off the dock, swim or use the small row boat in this picturesque little pond.
THE WOODS- The Lodge also has a foot bridge over a portion of the pond, a screened gazebo, and plenty of wooded area to explore.

The gated entrance will give you and your family a safe and secure place to relax and explore. Plenty of cemented areas are perfect for kids scooters or bikes so be sure to bring those along!
Additional properties & spaces at the Lodge…
There are two JJB Getaways vacation rentals on this ten acre property. Both maintain their own separate indoor and outdoor living areas, lawn, and parking. They share only a portion of the driveway. Both rentals operate independently and can be rented together or separately.
